Aruni is a battery structured finance specialist and leads the efforts at BatteryIQ. He previously founded and ran an ESS design and development company with a major telecom manufacturer. He is a renowned expert in financial markets and has over 15 years of banking experience in HDFC Bank, ING, Citibank, and RBL. He holds an MFM from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, SCR GARP US

Shashank is a battery technology expert who has worked on various parts of the battery value chain focusing on modeling, simulation, battery design, and development and hold a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University. He has led research projects funded by leading electric mobility companies and was named in 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy. 

Has over two and a half decades of experience working across the globe with over 13 years leading strategy, finance, and operations in multinational EV programs in various companies. He was the brains behind India's first EV and battery lease program which he led in 2015. He holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IITs and an MS in Management from Stanford.
